Can't wait to have a place to ride in So Cal!
I live in Phoenix but grew up near Vail Lake in Anza. Anyway, I have a whole lot of freinds here in AZ that would definitely do the drive often to Vail lake if the downhill runs are worth riding. Hell, we drive to Bootleg Canyon in NV all the time and it's about the same distance.
Please!!! Please!! this has to happen! I will be at this park every week end! I cant stand to drive 3 hours from oceanside to ride my bike for a day and come home! This park will complete me!
There are no bike parks in socal, I moved here from the eastcoast a few years back and while I love the trails here in the San Diego area the dedicated stunts and downhill scene is lacking. If Vail lake opened a Diablo (http://www.ridediablo.com/)style MTB park it would be a HUGE addition to this area!
